NEW recipes: For the Family

It can be hectic feeding the entire family, but we’ve created some delicious recipes that you can make at home or on the go using canned food. Incorporating canned ingredients into your meal planning is an easy way to cut down on the amount of time you spend in the kitchen, as everything is already prepped and ready to go.

These recipes not only taste amazing but have been specially designed to help encourage the kids to help out in the kitchen. Now that’s a win/win!

Puff Pastry Cheesy Twists:

Have you spotted these on TikTok? We bet the kids have.

Our Puff Pastry Cheesy Twists taste as delicious as they look and they’re super simple to rustle up. Help the little ones choose their toppings (we love canned ham and mushrooms as they are prepped and ready to go), pop them on and then let them twist the pastry.

Voila! Kitchen fun, TikTok Brownie points, and a delicious snack to show for it.

Peach Melba Cheesecake:

Is it acceptable to eat cheesecake for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Asking for a friend…

Our Peach Melba Cheesecake is a no-cook dessert favourite with a thick, cream cheese filling, buttery biscuit base and a classic topping of canned raspberries and canned peaches.

Using canned fruit is an easy way to get fruit into your diet, as it’s a fuss free alternative to preparing fresh fruit that’s ready when you are. Plus, did you know that canned fruit in juice can count towards your five a day?

Plus, using canned food can help cut the preparation time for this dish, as the ingredients are prepped and ready to go. There’s so many canned combinations to choose from, like ham and pineapple, tuna and sweetcorn and mushroom and jalapenos!

Make it a pizza party and lay all the ingredients out, the little ones can do the rest.

Sneaking in those extra veggies (like canned sweetcorn) can help the kids towards their five a day, as well as cutting down on your prep time. Click here for the recipe.

Our Fruity No Churn Ice Cream is super simple and fuss free, all you need is a freezer and some canned goodies. Made using a can of condensed milk and canned fruit in juice, this recipe really is worth melting for.
