Potato skins with cheese, baked beans and tuna

Cook: 20 minutes
Serves: 4 people

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Place the potatoes on a baking tray, wrap in foil, and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.

  3. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise and season with pepper.

  4. Heat the baked beans in a pan for 3-4 minutes until hot.

  5. Once the potatoes are crispy, top with either the tuna mayo or baked beans, then sprinkle with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 145g Princes tuna in spring water

  • 1 x 400g can Branston baked beans

  • 4 x McCain pre-baked potatoes or leftover potato skins

  • 100g mature Cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
