Method

  1. Pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry powder, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Spoon the filling into the bread rolls with lettuce leaves.
