Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the stewed steak, kidney beans, oregano, cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika. Stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds or heat them in a frying pan.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread half of the Mexican rice in the centre, followed by the beef and bean mixture. Add any extras like cheese, avocado, or sour cream.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to form a burrito. Repeat with the second tortilla.
