Salted Caramel, Peach & Raspberry Cookie Cobbler

This recipe is the ultimate comfort food sweet treat and the key to anyone’s heart. It’ll be ‘cobbled’ up in seconds thanks to our canned raspberries and peaches!

Serves: 4

Method

  1. Lay the peaches out on the bottom of an oven proof dish.
  2. Spread the raspberries over the peaches.
  3. Spoon the caramel evenly over the raspberries and peaches.
  4. Sprinkle a light amount of sea salt flakes – this gives the ‘salted caramel’ flavour.
  5. Split the cookie dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it.
  6. Lay the cookie dough pieces over the top of the fruit and caramel.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c fan for 25 minutes.

  • 350 g Chilled Pre-Made Cookie Dough Log
  • 100 g Canned Raspberries (drained)
  • 400 g Canned Peach Slices
  • 200 g Canned Caramel
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt Flakes
