Who’s craving something warm and delicious?

Our Rustic Sausage Casserole uses 8 pork sausages, canned tomatoes, canned baked beans and canned kidney beans.

The recipe is the ultimate winter warmer.

  • Serves: 3-4


1Brown the sausages off in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat - place into a deep casserole tray.

2Add a splash of oil to a saucepan, fry off the diced onion and pepper until soft - add in the salt, pepper, garlic, paprika & brown sugar - cook for a further 5 minutes on a low heat.

3Pour in the tomatoes, baked beans, kidney beans, chicken stock pot & BBQ sauce - bring to a simmer for two minutes.

4Pour the sauce from the pan on top of the sausages and stir gently.

5Put into pre-heated oven at fan 180c for 25 minutes until piping hot.


1 Canned Tomatoes

1 Canned Kidney Beans (drained)

8 Sausages (Meat or Vegetarian)

1 Large White Onion (diced)

1 Red Pepper (diced)


Cracked Black Pepper

4 g Smoked Paprika

10 g Brown Sugar

80 g BBQ sauce

1 Chicken Stock Pot
