This No Churn, Easy Ice Cream is your family’s new go-to dessert. A can of condensed milk and canned fruit in juice are the magic ingredients -meaning you can make your own homemade ice cream in just four steps, with no ice cream machine in sight.
Plus, using canned fruit in juice can count towards one of your five a day. Fruity, creamy and delicious!
1Whisk together the double cream, condensed milk and vanilla paste until soft peaks have been formed.
2Next, fold in the canned fruit.
3Place in a lidded tub and freeze overnight.
