Fruity Cluster Pots

These Fruity Cluster Pots are quick, low-fat and delicious. They are made with layers of crunchy granola, lemon cream cheese and are topped with canned fruit for a fresh and light dessert.

This recipe is ideal for those busy weekends, as the canned fruit is already prepped and ready-to-go.

  • Serves: 4


1Split the granola pieces between 4 glasses.

2Mix together the low-fat soft cheese, quark, sweetener and the lemon zest.

3Split the mix between the 4 glasses on top of the granola. Lightly tap the base of the glass on the work surface to smooth the mix down.

4Place the 4 glasses into the fridge for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight to set.

5Once set, spoon the canned fruit on top of the cheese mix and serve.


140 g Granola Clusters

100 g Low-Fat Soft Cheese

100 g Plain Quark

60 g Sweetener

1/2 Lemon Zest

160 g Canned Mandarin

180 g Canned Peaches

80 g Canned Mango
