Prep: 5 mins Cook: 5 mins Serves: 4 Servings Method 1Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic for 3 mins to soften. 2Place the chickpeas, peas, onion, spices, flour, herbs and a pinch of salt in a food processor and pulse until combined. 3Shape the mixture into 12 balls – about the size of a walnut, then flatten slightly. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the falafel, turning regularly for five minutes. 4To make the tzatziki combine the yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and mint. Serve falafel with tzatziki and warmed tortilla wraps.
