Donut Bread and Butter Pudding

Introducing our Donut Bread & Butter Pudding.

Bread and butter pudding is a British staple - and this recipe takes it to the next level. All you need are donuts, canned caramel and canned raspberries, topped off with some delicious canned custard.

1Mix together the cream and custard and pour half of the mix into a deep oven-proof dish.⁠

2Tear up five of the ring donuts and press into the tray until solidly packed.⁠

3Spoon half of the drained raspberries over the donuts and top with half of the canned caramel. ⁠

4Sprinkle a very light amount of sea salt flakes over the donuts for the 'salted caramel' flavour.⁠

5Next pour a quarter of the cream into the dish and top with the remaining (torn) donuts. Pour the remaining cream mixture into the dish.⁠

6Finish off by spreading the remaining raspberries and caramel over the top and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.⁠

7Bake in a preheated oven @ 180c fan for 25 - 30 minutes.⁠

350 ml Double Cream

175 g Canned Caramel

Sea Salt Flakes
