Phil Vickery, chef, presenter and cookery book author. Phil Vickery has been a part of the This Morning family for over 20 years and he is regarded as one of Britain’s favourite chefs.
In the early Summer of 2019, Phil presented a new primetime ITV series, Save Money: Good Diet, Phil has also written the accompanying cook book for the series which was published in June, 2019. For last two years Phil has been a brand ambassador for Loved Canned Food.
Phil’s first TV appearance came after he was invited to fill in for Keith Floyd on the Breakfast Programme, and over the past 22 years he has appeared on the BBC Holiday Programme, Ready Steady Cook, Proof Of The Pudding, his own series Phil Vickery’s Pudding Club and of course This Morning, presenting live and pre-recorded cookery items.
Phil is a prolific and highly regarded cookery author having written 18 books – his most recent: Phil Vickery’s Ultimate Diabetes Cookbook has been widely praised and has sold worldwide. Phil is the leading authority on Gluten-Free products and recipes, his books sell worldwide, and have won many awards. He is also the National Food Ambassador for Coeliac UK.

Holly Bell is a TV presenter, family recipe writer, blogger and mum of three small boys.
Holly continues to write the hugely popular and award winning blog Recipes From a Normal Mum, which has been viewed by over three million people and is prolific on both Facebook and Twitter.
Holly’s first book ‘Recipes From a Normal Mum’ was published in 2014 and instantly reached the non-fiction best sellers list. The photography for the book was taken by renowned food photographer and Jamie Oliver collaborator, David Loftus.

Azmina is an award-winning dietician, international speaker and best-selling author. She’s a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA), resident dietician to Patient Info and a former Campaign Dietician for the Change4life Campaign as well as a regular contributor to NHS Choices.
She has served as a member of several Boards and Committees on national organisations including the British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK, Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation, BDA Public Relations Committee and BDA Executive Council.
Appearing regularly as a health expert on TV, her appearances include Sky, BBC and ITV news, plus various lifestyle programmes such as This Morning, The Wright Stuff and The One Show.
